1. What is the Profession Hall?

The Profession Hall is a building that unlocks in Season 1. Inside, you choose one of two professions — Engineer or War Leader — and invest skill points as you level up. Each profession has a unique skill tree with passive and active abilities that permanently boost your account.

2. How Leveling Works

You earn 1 skill point per profession level. New skills unlock every 5 levels. Each skill can be upgraded from Level 1 to its max (usually 5). You can also gain up to 10 bonus skill point items per season from events and rewards.

6. Which Profession Should You Choose?

Before deciding, understand the trade-offs. Each profession excels in different areas — and has real downsides.

Engineer — Pros

Engineer — Cons

War Leader — Pros

War Leader — Cons

Pro Strategy
Start Engineer early season to snowball growth, then switch to War Leader mid-to-late season when territory wars and Capital Conquest peak.
Switch when: (1) Development pace no longer constrains you, (2) Your alliance role demands combat, (3) Your squads are competitive. — godlikebots.com

Summary: Who Should Pick What?

Engineer

War Leader

RGBB Recommendation
Most RGBB members should go Engineer. R4/R5 rally leaders should consider War Leader.
You can switch later with a Profession Change Certificate. Your first pick is not permanent — but switching resets all skill points, so choose wisely.

8. Alliance Team Composition

A strong alliance needs both professions working together. Engineers buff the alliance’s growth, War Leaders buff the alliance’s combat power.

Role Profession Why
Most Members (70-80%) Engineer Cooperative Construction/Research sharing lifts the entire alliance. Resource savings compound. Buddy Shields protect during wars.
Rally Leaders / R4-R5 (20-30%) War Leader Team Strike buffs ALL squads in rallies. Charge Banner provides alliance-wide attack boost. Their combat skills scale with rally size.
Alliance Synergy
Engineers share Cooperative Construction/Research buffs daily — coordinate with alliance members to maximize coverage!
The Cooperative buffs do NOT stack. One Engineer buffs one ally. More Engineers = more people get buffed each day. War Leaders place Charge Banners during rallies for +2% attack.

9. How to Level Fast

Pro Tip
Skill Combat Experience (3/3) and Building Inspiration I (3/3) FIRST — they’re seasonal and accelerate everything else.
Unlock these XP-boosting skills early so every action earns more profession experience throughout the season.

10. Skill Reset & Profession Change

Item What It Does Source
Profession Skill Reset Book Resets all current profession skills. Refunds all skill points. Does NOT change your profession. Light/electricity rewards, events
Profession Change Certificate Switches you to the other profession. Resets ALL skills and refunds all points. Events, Battle Pass, special offers
Seasonal Skill Reset Happens automatically at end of each season. All seasonal (green) skills reset and points are refunded. Automatic

Plan your skills carefully. Reset items are limited — you may only get 1-2 per season. Don’t waste points on skills you won’t use just because they look cool.
